Jen leads our global Pre-Sales team and is based in our Melbourne office. When she isn't wowing customers with PageUp's deep functionality, she's enjoying live music, finding a great new food spot, or planning her next travel adventure.
How long have you been at PUP?
Over 6 years!
Has your role changed since you first started at PUP? If so, how has it changed?
Yes, I initially started as a Freelance Trainer then employed directly as a Implementation Consultant, promoted to Program Manager and then Global Head of PreSales.
What advice do you have for future PUP Stars?
First and foremost be yourself and always bring your personality to work, it’s all about the Zing! There are no silly questions! Share your ideas and opinions openly to colleagues and your People Leaders. Drive your career, take risks and learn from them, and finally be passionate!
What are you most passionate about outside of work?
Music, Art, Food, Travel, and Plants!!
What gets you most excited about the company’s future?
PageUp is a great size (approx 200 employees) so it has a caring, family feel to it. Our global presence gives you access to amazing opportunities that you would not ordinarily get in other companies.
What is the culture like at PUP?
Our culture is very open and supportive and we do a great job tying our values (Belief, Zing, Integrity, WeValYou and Clients) into everything we do. You may observe values on a company’s website or read/see them somewhere in the office, but at Pageup we all make a conscious effort in living and breathing our company values. In my experience observing values actually playing out in everyday working life is very rare to find!

I love winning whatever that might be! Small daily wins, team wins, or opportunity wins!
