Snapshot of the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the broader go-to-market team. You will be making high volumes of prospecting activities like outbound calling and emails to generate excitement and enthusiasm within our target accounts and book qualified meetings for our Account Executive team.
Your responsibilities as Sales Development Representative
Sourcing and securing leads with prospective clients by connecting via outbound calling, external networking platforms, generating new referrals, and fielding inbound leads
Showcasing how Clinch can make a real difference to prospective clients and able to passionately articulate the Clinch value proposition and relevant user cases
Be creative with how you go about engaging with prospective clients
Maintain the internal database and ensure all essential activity is logged and internal stakeholders are regularly updated
About you
Preferably 1+ years’ experience in business development, sales, recruitment or lead generation
You must be comfortable on the phone and enjoy outbound sales, you know what it takes to make high volumes of sales calls & prospecting emails
A self-starter with a track record of successful sales development, you love sales and are driven by targets
It would be awesome if you had Recruitment or HR Tech experience
