The Opportunity
As our Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our US team by crafting and executing strategic sales initiatives across multiple verticals. Your deep knowledge of the HR tech/Talent Acquisition space empowers you to understand customer needs, identify B2B sales opportunities, and navigate the enterprise segment with precision. As a persuasive communicator and active listener, you will engage with diverse audiences, oversee contract negotiations, and guide prospects through the sales process with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive growth and innovation.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead conversion to closing.
Proactively source and develop qualified sales leads, driving both short-term and long-term growth.
Stay at the forefront of market trends and maintain a deep understanding of both PageUp's offerings and the competitive landscape.
Cultivate relationships within the target market by attending networking events, initiating outbound calls, and setting up regular meetings with key prospects.
Lead the development of new business relationships, including managing the pre-sales requirements gathering and diligence process, ensuring a smooth and effective transition to our Professional Services team once a sale is finalized.
Guide clients through the negotiation and contracting process to reflect detailed terms and conditions that match their needs and safeguard PageUp’s business interests.
About You
As a seasoned sales professional with expertise in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and HR/Talent Management space, you are eager to join an innovative, rapidly growing organization where your contributions will be celebrated and your impact clearly visible across a global team. With a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and a strong track record of managing high-value portfolios, you possess established relationships with key stakeholders. Driven by ambition and a results-oriented mindset, you excel at engaging with teams across diverse business units and geographies to drive success. Your attention to detail is consistently demonstrated through an effective and accurate use of CRM systems such as Salesforce.com, making your selling efforts consistent and predictable.
