Working remotely as a Presales Engineer in the US, you will collaborate with a diverse team dedicated to driving our local success for the PageUp group brands and shaping our global impact.

Key Responsibilities

As a Presales Engineer at PageUp, you will play a key role in showcasing our UTM solution as the industry leader. Your responsibilities will include:

• Undertake client meetings for needs analysis, product demonstration, solutions design, and/or proposal support
• Maintain a high calibre demonstration environment with configured workflows for our target markets
• Ensure completion of RFx and security documentation as part of structured buying processes
• Maintain quality documentation in discovery, demonstration, and SOW so that handover to our Professional Services team is seamless
• Leverage your system knowledge to encourage and promote client acquisition of other services or modules

About You

You are an accomplished Presales Engineer with proven experience in a human capital SaaS environment.

• Client Centric - Your clients are the centre of your universe. You work hard to understand their needs and identify ways we can support them achieve successful outcomes
• Superb Communicator - Whether it be your written documentation or the way you consult with your customers, your communication is always targeted to the audience
