We are looking for a commercially driven Manager to lead our Sales Development Team. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth journey by coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing Sales Development team, while also optimizing our go-to-market strategy globally.
Your Mission
As the Sales Development Manager, you will lead and grow our SDR team to execute strategies that fuel our pipeline and revenue growth. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality lead generation, driving the performance of our SDR team, and collaborating closely with our Marketing and Sales team.
- Lead and Manage SDR Team: Build, scale, and retain a high-performing team of SDRs, ensuring they meet and exceed pipeline and sales targets.
- Drive Pipeline Growth: Own and execute pipeline generation goals by monitoring top-of-the-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across core and growth segments.
- Align with GTM Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on target personas, messaging, and strategy. Optimize the tech stack for seamless data integration across tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Coach and Develop Talent: Foster a positive and motivating environment through hands-on coaching, training programs, and personal development plans to ensure every team member reaches their full potential.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SDR team, including prospecting techniques and performance tracking.
About You
- Leadership experience in sales development, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams in a pipeline generation environment.
- Demonstrated mastery of sales development, value selling, and outbound playbooks, with the ability to create scalable processes.
- Highly analytical and skilled at using data to drive continuous improvement, optimize performance, and achieve predictability in pipeline generation.
- Comfortable adapting strategies and tactics to evolving market conditions and business priorities.

Compensation
The base compensation for this role is $110,000-$130,000. This is based around a number of factors including geography, experience, and skillset.
