What You'll Be Working On

As a Systems Engineer within our Internal IT team, you will play a key role in strengthening and scaling PageUp’s internal infrastructure and security posture. This newly created role will initially focus on supporting the delivery of security platforms that meet IRAP requirements. Once delivered, the role will transition to the ongoing ownership of these platforms, as well as broader internal projects designed to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance team productivity.

Your role will include:

• Project Coordination: Planning, sequencing, and tracking of IT initiatives while maintaining a clear view of project status, risks, and dependencies.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with the Security team, external vendors, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and keep everyone informed of progress or blockers.

• Security Configuration & Implementation: Implementing and configuring defined security controls across systems like JumpCloud, Netskope, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, AWS, Atlassian, NinjaOne, and GitHub.

• Validation & Quality Assurance: Developing and running test cases to confirm controls behave as intended, validating configurations, and documenting or remediating any identified gaps.

• Documentation & Governance: Producing and maintaining clear configuration guides, runbooks, and operating procedures, ensuring evidence is audit-ready for assessment.

• Process Improvement & Automation: Identifying opportunities to streamline internal IT processes and delivering tooling improvements that reduce manual effort.

• Maintenance & Support: Providing day-to-day support, monitoring, and continuous improvement for deployed platforms, applying updates and patches as part of business-as-usual operations.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud security

• Project Management Skills: Project coordination abilities to manage timelines, tasks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise configuring and maintaining security tooling and applying changes in a controlled way with robust rollback plans.

• Communication: Strong consulting and communication skills to convey information clearly and collaborate across teams.
