What You'll Be Working On

This is a hybrid security-and-IT role within PageUp's Internal IT team. For approximately the first six months you'll implement the tooling that fulfils PageUp's IRAP (ACSC Information Security Manual) requirements, then move on to broader Internal IT projects. Reporting to the Internal Group IT Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Configuring and operating PageUp's identity, endpoint, network, and cloud tooling — JumpCloud, Netskope, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Entra — to fulfil the security requirements defined with the Security team

• Supporting project coordination and stakeholder management, keeping the Internal IT team, Security team, and vendors aligned on progress, risks, and dependencies

• Developing and running test cases to confirm each tool is configured and behaving as intended across the fleet, and remediating any gaps

• Producing clear documentation — configuration guides, runbooks, and operating procedures — to support both day-to-day operations and the IRAP assessment

• Providing ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the tooling as it moves into business-as-usual

• Accurately tracking time and effort against each piece of work to support planning and reporting

• Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline Internal IT processes, reducing manual effort across the team

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud security

• Hands-on experience configuring and operating security and identity platforms (e.g. JumpCloud, Netskope, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, or comparable IdP/SSE/MDM/endpoint tooling)

• Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to sequence and track initiatives, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed

• A methodical, controlled approach to change — applying configurations with rollback plans and validating them against intended outcomes
