  • Liaise with the Professional Services Team and the wider business regularly to support generation of Statements of Work, resource coordination, data analysis and generating insights and reports.

  • Drive continued process improvements and automation across the Professional Services team.

  • Work closely with customers to implement and configure PageUp solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and industry best practices.

  • Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating engaging workshops and training sessions, while connecting our customers with PageUp subject matter experts and third parties to meet their needs.

  • Empower clients throughout the implementation journey, making sure they’re set up to get the most out of PageUp’s solutions once they go live.

  • Help instill confidence in customers as they navigate the PageUp system, ensuring they’re on the path to ongoing success.

What You'll Bring

More than your academic background, what truly matters is your can-do attitude, a passion for finding solutions, and a drive for greatness! You thrive on taking ownership and being responsible, even when things get tough, and you're committed to continuous learning. You love streamlining processes, have a customer-centric approach, and enjoy working with people.

  • You’re eager to learn and develop your skills in a customer-facing role.

  • You genuinely care about helping others succeed and enjoy building strong relationships.

  • You have good communication skills and can connect with a variety of stakeholders.

  • You’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys understanding business processes.

  • You thrive in a team environment and are excited to collaborate and share insights.
