Software Developer (Ruby)

We're looking for mid-level Ruby Developer (Full Stack).

Clinch is a global market leading recruitment marketing product founded in Dublin, helping organisations create outstanding, on brand career sites to better capture candidates interests and then nurture them through marketing automation with relevant content to convert the right candidates. Our software is pioneering and Recruitment Marketing is rapidly growing! We’re now part of PageUp Group with offices in the UK, Ireland, France, US, Australia and Philippines.

Snapshot of the role

You will be working in a talented team of Engineers and work closely with our Head of Product and Lead Developer to build out and support our Recruitment Marketing product.

This space is evolving at a rapid pace and you’ll get a chance to really shape the future of the platform. You’ll be designing, testing and shipping code into the hands of our customers on a daily basis.

We like to move fast and practice continuous delivery. To do that effectively we focus on designing and writing clean code (100% test coverage) on top of anti-fragile infrastructure (using Infrastructure as Code) on AWS.

That foundation gives us the courage to deliver many times a day into our production environment that is hosted in multiple AWS regions. and built on Ruby on Rails, backed by MySQL.

This role can be remote but ideally we would prefer someone that's happy to come into the office regularly. Our office is in Dublin.
