As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for our key enterprise clients across North America, helping them get the absolute best from the PageUp platform. You’ll partner with Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Directors, and other senior stakeholders to understand their business strategies and ensure PageUp aligns seamlessly with their objectives.
You’ll drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention by building strong relationships, running strategic business reviews, and leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. You love solving complex challenges, creating amazing client experiences, and delivering commercial value.
Proven success in a Customer Success, Account Management or Strategic Relationship Management role, ideally within a SaaS or HR Tech environment.
Solid understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
A strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
Skilled in driving business outcomes through data, insights, and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
The ability to manage risk, identify upsell opportunities and maintain clean CRM records (we use Salesforce).

The base compensation for this role is circa $92,000 with an OTE of circa $150,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including location, experience, and individual skillset.
