Senior Ruby Developer (6 month contract - July to December)

The Opportunity

You’ll be working on our recruitment marketing platform, helping global businesses attract and hire the right talent faster. This 6-month contract is a hands-on, delivery-focused opportunity for someone who loves to build and ship high-quality features quickly in a lean, low-meeting environment.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Ruby Developer to work with our Recruitment Marketing team on a 6 month project basis from July to December. This role can be remote, but we’d ideally prefer someone open to working from our Pasig City, Manila office from time to time. 

What we're looking for:

• Highly experienced with Ruby on Rails

• Strong understanding of test-driven development and continuous integration

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS)

• Comfort working across the stack — backend, some frontend, and light DevOps

• Able to work independently and hit the ground running on a short-term engagement

• Based in the Philippines, available for a full-time 6-month contract from July to December 2025
