What You'll Be Working On

As a Technical IT Delivery Lead (Senior Systems Engineer) within our Internal IT team, you will take full technical ownership and end-to-end delivery management for strengthening and scaling PageUp’s internal infrastructure and security posture. Operating with high autonomy, you will lead critical IT initiatives from initial strategy and planning through to execution, stakeholder management, and operational handoff.

Initially, you will implement enterprise security platforms to meet IRAP compliance requirements. Once established, you will own these platforms while leading high-impact internal IT projects that automate workflows, reduce tech debt, and optimise systems across the global business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Security Program & Project Delivery: Leading project delivery, vendor selection/management, technical design, and rollout for corporate IT security initiatives. Tracking progress, managing risks/dependencies, and accurately logging time/effort to ensure clear visibility into investments.

• Security Team Collaboration & Alignment: Acting as the primary operational point of contact for the Security team. Integrating security requirements into IT roadmaps, and driving root-cause process improvements when audit anomalies arise.

• End-to-End Initiative Ownership: Researching market solutions against ISM controls and existing stack constraints. Designing architectures, running proof-of-concept tests, managing procurement/due diligence, and executing structured rollouts with complete rollback planning.

• Validation, Governance & Lifecycle Support: Developing test cases to validate control behavior, remediating gaps, and maintaining audit-ready evidence for IRAP assessments. Creating runbooks and providing ongoing, hands-on business-as-usual support and patch management for corporate IT platforms.

• Automation & Process Optimization: Proactively identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks, streamline operations, and embed repeatable, efficient practices across Internal IT.

What You'll Bring

• Senior Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in engineering, configuring, and supporting modern cloud enterprise platforms, identity systems, endpoint controls, and corporate IT stacks.

• End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives autonomously, from requirements gathering, architecture, and vendor evaluation to testing, deployment, and operational handover.

• Compliance & Control Mastery: Solid understanding of security frameworks (such as ISM and IRAP), test-case design, and maintaining structured audit evidence and documentation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Consulting: Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with Security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to align roadmaps and solve complex problems.

• Methodical Delivery & Discipline: Proven experience applying structured change management, evaluating risks, and accurately tracking effort to drive continuous process improvement.
