About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent Team on a 12 month fixed term contract to manage candidate sourcing and recruitment across our global business, while also supporting key People & Culture projects. As you master our hiring needs and internal culture, we will mentor and support you to take on broader HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus: Talent Acquisition (~70%)

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse business units; from intake briefs and ad writing to sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

Proactive Talent Sourcing: Utilising our recruitment systems, complete talent mapping and direct outreach to build pipelines for ongoing talent needs.

Stakeholder Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering guidance on salary benchmarks, market trends, and interview strategy.

Candidate Experience: Ensure an efficient, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from initial application through to offer acceptance.

Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records across our ATS, generating reports on recruitment metrics.
Secondary Focus: HR Operations & Projects (~30%)

Onboarding: Support the transition from offer acceptance to employee Day 1, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

P&C Projects: Support key HR initiatives, such as updating policies, refining employer branding campaigns, or implementing new People tech tools.

TA Experience: Ability to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment and act as a recruitment expert.

Operational Drive: High detail orientation with an interest in process improvement and project delivery

Strong Communication: Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to build quick trust with managers and candidates.

Agility: Capability to balance recruitment deliverables alongside occasional project deadlines.
