Here’s what we know for sure: companies work well when they’ve got the right people. That’s what inspired us to build a SaaS platform that makes recruiting, on-boarding and retaining people simple. From entrepreneurial beginnings in Melbourne, we quickly grew and are proud to now have established locations in Sydney, New York, London, Singapore, Manila and Dublin and a platform that is used by 5.3 million users in over 190 countries. (But that’s enough about us.)
As a UX Researcher in our Experience Design team, you are primarily responsible for driving Research activities for our Value streams. You will drive the relevant research practices (e.g. usability testing) to ensure all streams empathise with users' pain points and needs. You will ensure that all research initiatives are aligned to product strategy and that the outcomes support and input into the product roadmap. You will provide Continuous Discovery support and guidance to Designers within the Value streams. Your future growth opportunities will include extended Research Operations.
User research is distributed in our R&D “Value streams”. You will actively support our Experience Designers working collaboratively as a “Product Trio” (Design-Product-Tech) and conduct research as part of our discovery process. You will continuously improve our practices so that our teams have the processes, templates, and knowledge of PageUp systems (e.g. Dovetail, Qualtrics, Heap, Figma, Miro & Google Apps) to choose appropriate research methodologies for each initiative.
In our team, we put our egos aside and focus on collaboration, belonging, support, and the team’s achievements. We embrace honest and constructive feedback as we believe it helps us all grow and be better at what we do.
