About the Role

PageUp is passionate about connecting great people to great careers. Unlike other SaaS talent management providers, PageUp offers a full suite of modern tools to help TA and HR professionals recruit, develop, and retain high performing teams and deliver measurable results.

The Business Development Manager role will be directly selling our Recruitment Management Solutions into new enterprise level clients in the corporate vertical as well as fostering and maintaining C-level prospects within the US.

You will be responsible overall growth and identifying new logo sales opportunities. 

 

PageUp is rapidly growing in the United States where you can grow professionally and personally as well as bring your own touch to help shape our company. You'll be part of a collaborative agile team where each member has been seminal to our local success, you could be next. While we have an office in New York the majority of our team works remotely across different areas in the US and as such we could accommodate both working arrangements for this role. 

 

Your Profile

You’re energized by working in a fast-paced collaborative cross-functional team. You strike the balance between building relationships and driving achievement of sales goals. Ideally, you’ll have experience doing this with an enterprise-level customer base.

You’re a natural influencer and know how to uncover the decision-makers, build a relationship and then leverage it when negotiating SaaS/Software contracts. You share our passion for people and are eager to continue your career within the Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment sector. (If you already sell into this space, that’s an added bonus!)
