The Opportunity at PageUp
You will lead an agile development team (squad) within our cross-functional Next Generation stream to deliver immediate value into the hands of our users and customers.
We practice insight-lead lean product innovation, and as such you will collaborate closely with the squad’s product manager and user experience designer to ensure we create outstanding experiences for our users and customers.
This role would be a great fit for a full-stack team lead who’s passion and background also provides them a deep knowledge in building scalable, continuously delivered, front end platforms in React.
You will also contribute to the delivery of new healthy platform capabilities in alignment with our product architecture vision and operational and reliability improvements to existing capabilities.
Our people are really important to us, so asides from the technical, design and delivery components to the role you will also be supported to lead and coach a high performing development team that promotes our courageous culture through open feedback.

Test, test, test - We write twice as much test code as production code to ensure a high standard and to facilitate changing business needs.
Be Courageous - you will step up to advocate the right thing, go out on a limb for a bold idea and inspire others to do the same in a way that works for them and create a safe environment in which others can express their ideas.
