People are a company's greatest asset! Luckily we realised that early on and built an innovative SaaS platform to help clients (and ourselves of course!) recruit, develop, engage and support their people. From our humble beginnings in Melbourne, we have grown consistently to be a leader in talent management software. We now have offices in Australia, New York, London, Dublin, Singapore and Manila.
You'll be joining a global company with diverse technology and a talented team to help secure and constantly improve the security posture of our software solution, which is used by hundreds of the world's largest organisations every day. Your main focus will be to lead and uplift our Product Security practices. This will be achieved by working closely with our product (development) teams to help uplift their security capabilities, defining security standards and best practice guidance to developers. You'll work with the team to implement scalable secure development practices including automated software composition analysis tools as well as other security tools into our global public cloud environment workflows. Additionally you'll drive automation and DevSecOps approaches throughout the security products used in the platform. You would be working with a security team that has Security Operations, Compliance, Code Development and Platform Security strengths.
You're passionate about application and platform security. Ideally you have worked with development teams either directly in a product company or through a consultancy to define and implement application security guidelines and DevSecOps pipelines. You have had experience implementing application security and monitoring tools into a complex enterprise platform. You're eager to share your knowledge of key security concepts with the team to influence security initiatives across our entire platform. Ideally you have also gained experience with the AWS ecosystem.

And of course, the perks
There’s something for everyone across our benefits – an extra day of leave to do something awesome (no really – it’s called Awesome Day), paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers, flexible working, health benefits, a wellbeing allowance, employee assistance program, volunteer leave and more.
Our global presence also means those with a little wonderlust have the opportunity to take their career to new places. Pardon the pun.
