We currently have an opening for a customer-focused and metrics-driven Senior Product Manager to join our team.
Customers are at the heart of what we do, so it's important that our teams can effectively and efficiently deliver customer value, by building the right thing. We combine design thinking and lean startup methodologies to enable us to do this. As a Senior Product Manager in our team you will involved in the end to end product development and innovation process. This will start with research right through to Sales Enablement and collaborating with client facing teams on Go To Market strategies. This role helps our team ensure we are building the right thing and validates this with data measuring success with clearly defined metrics. Owning the road map you will be ensuring that it aligns to the overall company strategy and composed of measurable end-user, customer & business outcomes.
Experienced - you have proven experience working with a customer facing product and owning and delivering the end to end Product Development and innovation process.
Innovative - actively drive product innovation through purposeful experimentation, creativity and conceptualization. You bring a design thinking and test and learn approach to product development.
Collaborative - your passion is working with people and teams to share knowledge and drive better outcomes
Commercial - you understand the business reality of delivering good product with appropriate ROI and weighing up conflicting business demands and priorities is second nature
Influential - getting buy in, crafting alignment and getting everyone on the same page at the same time will enable you to succeed.
