The role

People are our company's greatest asset and we have an opportunity for a passionate Senior HR Advisor to join our Talent Team on a 12-month fixed-term engagement. You will play a critical role in supporting our global businesses and employees in all generalist HR activities. 

As we know there are many things that go into being an impactful and trusted employee and business partner, but here is a summary of some of the key things you will be accountable to delivering: 

  • Partnering with our Talent Team to seamlessly deliver fantastic HR services; focussed on proactive and quality people support to enable an improved employee experience.

  • Building strong relationships and being seen as a trusted advisor across our globally dispersed business.

  • Providing advice and coaching to managers on employee relations, including performance management processes. 

  • Fielding general HR queries around our policies, benefits, leave, payroll, etc., and guiding employees to self-service tools.

  • Supporting the planning and rollout of cyclical activities including but not limited to; annual salary review, performance reviews, engagement surveys and talent reviews.

  • Adding value through meaningful reporting and data analysis with a genuine curiosity to solve problems and create new opportunities.

  • Directly impacting the design and delivery of exciting new initiatives targeted at improving our employee experience across the lifecycle.

  • Always looking for ways to continually improve what we do and how we do it, we want to be the best at what we do!

 

About you

We see you as a proactive HR generalist who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty and making a real difference to our current and future employees. You enjoy variety, cutting through noise to identify issues and can adapt on the fly.  

The role would suit someone with 

  • Strong HR expertise- experience within a global organisational environment will be highly regarded 

  • Experience supporting organisations with global mobility (e.g internal employee movements, relocations, visas, salary packaging etc.) 

  • Demonstrated expertise in performance management process and confident to be a point of escalation

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to actively form strong working relationships across the business 

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to think practically and logically through difficult and complex situations to offer a business focussed solution 

  • Most importantly you are an excellent communicator, show a natural curiosity and are keen to join a collaborative and agile HR team.
