Together with Clinch, a global market leading recruitment marketing platform, our software is pioneering for employee-to-candidate engagement and then nurturing through marketing automation.
We currently work with clients across the globe, including leading organisations such as the Zoom, British Army, EY, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Eventbrite and McDonald's. As we look to expand we are looking for a Senior Account Executive.
You will be directly driving the growth of PathMotion and Clinch in the UK. You’ll be a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in New Logo acquisition within a SaaS model who’s played a key role in growth and expansion. Here’s a snapshot of responsibilities:
To drive new logo acquisition you will manage the end to end sales process, from pipeline generation, product demonstrations to the contract negotiation, and closing new deals with enterprise companies
Work in partnership with a Sales Development Representative to identify new business opportunities and qualify prospective clients
You will represent Clinch and PathMotion at industry events, and present thought leadership pieces
Build relationships and trust with key decision makers, understand the customer’s buying process and communicate effectively with different personas
Develop a deep understanding of our value proposition, customer use cases, market positioning, and product features
Collaborate with our internal teams, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and more
You have a successful track record in a B2B SaaS environment and thrive in a net new logo sales position.
Proven ability in leading complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment with a goal-oriented, structured work approach and lots of drive and passion.
With your strong communication skills, your empathy and self-reflection you manage to kick-off and build strong relationships pronto.

This role can be remote or hybrid. We have offices in London, Harpenden and Dublin
