The Role 

Help grow our organisation by being the central point of contact for all Australian sales and national accounts administrative support, including data entry and integrity, reporting creation and queries, proposal and contract generation, and general operational support to the Australian Sales Team. Reporting into the VP Sales and National Accounts, you will work closely with the wider Team to build robust processes and streamline administrative tasks. 

 

Your Profile

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. 

  • Demonstrated database experience including proficiency in data maintenance, reporting and ensuring high levels of data integrity- Salesforce experience is a bonus. 

  • Experience supporting sales teams including managing all aspects of administrative, logistics and Sales support with accuracy and timeliness. 

  • Ability to efficiently and accurately prepare and update proposals, generate agreements, manage and coordinate tender documents and Statements of Work and other documents as required by the business from time to time. 

  • Support streamlining the Sales Process by enabling better capture of activity history, task/event creation and reporting

  • Build strong business relationships to further the teams achievement of FY22 corporate objectives. 

  • An energetic and organised nature with a process improvement mindset
