Currently PageUp is experiencing significant growth in our North American team and has a newly created opportunity for an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales teams across the enterprise and public sector space. This is a remote role based anywhere in the United States!
You will be responsible for leading the sales team across both commercial and state, local and higher education (SLED) to reach and exceed quarterly and annual targets. The role will require you to work cross functionally to partner with multiple stakeholders including marketing, business development, product and finance to lead and support different strategic initiatives.
We imagine you as someone who likes motivating sales teams to exceed quotas. You’re experienced within the enterprise and/or SLED technology sales space and eager to join a progressive organization that can offer a genuine sales career path. A strong understanding of the HR industry or experience with Talent Management Solutions would be a real bonus. You are a smart, dynamic, competitive leader who is capable of building a scalable sales model and playbook across both Enterprise and SLED sales. Our ideal candidate has the following attributes:
Strong quota attainment record of meeting and exceeding targets by coaching your team to identify, qualify and close new business, as well as growing an existing install base within a SaaS orgainzation.
Dynamic leader who is results oriented and capable of building a repetitive sales model across both SLED and Enterprise sales.
Ability to use your strong analytical capabilities to undertake detailed analysis of sales performance to identify the areas of improvement in sales strategies.
Prior experience in developing and maintaining business, sales and Go To Market plans as well as being a key influencer at the C+ level to support your sales team close and deliver in sales quotas.
