Here’s what we know for sure: companies work well when they’ve got the right people. That’s what inspired us to build a SaaS platform that makes recruiting, on-boarding and retaining people simple. From entrepreneurial beginnings in Melbourne, we quickly grew and are proud to now have established locations in Sydney, New York, London, Singapore, Manila and Dublin and a platform that is used by 11 million users in over 190 countries. (But that’s enough about us.)
Who are we looking for?
An Account Executive who’s as much a salesperson as they are a people person.
This role is all about working towards sales targets within our existing customer base. It’s perfect for the kind of person who loves getting to know their clients inside out – their needs today, where they’re headed, and of course, who makes the decisions.
You’ll use your expert knowledge to identify sales opportunities within accounts, leveraging the relationships you’ve built with customers to make them happen.
You don’t need previous experience working with talent management software, just a readiness to throw yourself in.
The support you need to do well
We don’t expect you to be an expert straight away, or to manage everything on your own. We’ve put plenty of things in place to make your life as an Account Executive easier.
Ongoing support and training – you ask, we answer.
Expert teams around you, all sharing the same client-centric philosophy. That includes: Pre-sales Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Team, Security Team, Customer Success Cross Functional Team and Product Managers.
The VP Australia Sales and SVP of Global Sales close at hand, ready to give their support or guidance if you ever need it.
You’ll also be working with a highly configurable product – meaning you’re able to offer more to the clients you support.
And of course, the perks
You’ll get a competitive base salary, uncapped commission and generous accelerators.
There’s something for everyone across our benefits – an extra day of leave to do something awesome (no really – it’s called Awesome Day), paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers, flexible working, a wellbeing allowance, employee assistance program and volunteer leave.
Our global presence also means those with a little wonderlust have the opportunity to take their career to new places. Pardon the pun.
Sound like your kind of role? Then we’d love to meet you!
At PageUp, we’re passionate about connecting great people to great careers, so we encourage people of all backgrounds and abilities to apply. Building diverse teams is the foundation of our success, so if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single criteria on the job description, please still reach out to us.
