Who are we looking for?

An Account Executive who’s as much a salesperson as they are a people person.

This role is all about working towards sales targets within our existing customer base. It’s perfect for the kind of person who loves getting to know their clients inside out – their needs today, where they’re headed, and of course, who makes the decisions.

You’ll use your expert knowledge to identify sales opportunities within accounts, leveraging the relationships you’ve built with customers to make them happen.

You don’t need previous experience working with talent management software, just a readiness to throw yourself in (of course, we can’t wait to teach you everything we know). 

The support you need to do well

We don’t expect you to be an expert straight away, or to manage everything on your own. We’ve put plenty of things in place to make your life as an Account Executive easier.

  • Ongoing support and training – you ask, we answer.

  • Expert teams around you, all sharing the same client-centric philosophy. That includes: Pre-sales Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Team, Security Team, Customer Success Cross Functional Team and Product Managers.

  • The Global Client Portfolio Manager and SVP of Global Sales close at hand, ready to give their support or guidance if you ever need it.

You’ll also be working with a highly configurable product – meaning you’re able to offer more to the clients you support.
