About the Role

Our Recruitment Marketing solution (Clinch) can plug into any ATS/HRIS globally.

The Business Development Manager role will be directly selling into new enterprise level clients in the corporate vertical as well as fostering and maintaining C-level clients and prospects within the US.

You will be responsible overall growth and identifying new logo sales opportunities. 

 

Your Profile

You’re energized by working in a fast-paced collaborative cross-functional team. You strike the balance between building relationships and driving achievement of sales goals. Ideally, you’ll have experience doing this with an enterprise-level customer base.

You’re a natural influencer and know how to uncover the decision-makers, build a relationship and then leverage it when negotiating SaaS/Software contracts. You share our passion for people and are eager to continue your career within the Recruitment Marketing sector. (If you already sell into this space, that’s an added bonus!)
