Operating within our Professional Services team based remotely in the US, utilize your project management and consulting skills to implement PageUp’s solutions to our global customers. Leverage your Recruitment or HR knowledge and drive customer success through our 'teach and consult' implementation methodology. Provide best practice configuration and consultation guidance aligned to PageUp’s proven delivery practices and processes.
Act as a trusted talent management advisor and ensure that client configured solutions are fit for purpose.
Consult customers to successfully implement and configure PageUp solutions based on a combination of business requirements and industry best practice recommendations.
Empower clients through the implementation process to ensure they are in a position to get the most out of PageUp's solution post-Go-live.
Ensure customers are confident in using the PageUp system and set up for success.
Clients are the center of our universe, you play a key role in how effectively the can achieve their people goals by partnering with them and our partners to ensure efficient implementation of our SaaS Talent Management solution.
Project manage client implementation configuration and post implementation review.
Train and provide ongoing support to partner organizations to enable them to successfully advise and implement PageUp projects
Provide support, training and consultative services to both clients and partners.
