The Role

People are a company's greatest asset! We have an opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing global Product Team. Customers are at the heart of what we do, so it's important that our teams can effectively and efficiently deliver customer value by building and marketing the right thing. We combine design thinking and lean startup methodologies to enable us to do this.

As a Product Marketing Manager in our team, you will:

  • Work within the Product team and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure consistent, compelling messaging for our talent acquisition modules.
  • Launch product initiatives, and coordinate Go-to-Market (GTM) for new features and product launches.
  • Acting as a product advocate for our talent acquisition modules, you'll deeply understand the product feature set and its benefits and clearly articulate the value proposition delivered through innovative and compelling deliverables such as messaging, marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, webinars, and thought leadership content.
  • Develop effective working relationships with a diverse, global, cross-functional team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Growth, and other teams to drive growth and customer success.
  • Developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market.
  • Supporting product planning, market research, and user experiments to ensure compelling product-market fit.
  • Partnering with the wider Product Management team to communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team. Developing the sales tools and training that support the selling process of the product (and either deliver, or upskill champions to embed, the narratives that make our sales team successful).
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of launch plans.
  • Coordinate research on our talent acquisition competitors in the markets we operate in. Follow and analyse market trends to position the product and identify new required capabilities and inform positioning, pricing and product strategy.
  • In collaboration with your stakeholders, communicate key outcomes and report on the progress and success of our product marketing initiatives.

 

About you

  • You have a strong background in SaaS Product Marketing, are experienced working on product launches and GTM initiatives, and understand how to position a SaaS product for further growth.
  • Market analysis and segmentation experience.
  • You’re known for being able to navigate and enable a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • You will have preferably worked in a B2B, HR Technology, or adjacent industry environment.
  • Exposure to growth hacking experimentation will be highly regarded (though not essential).
