This is a brand new role where you will play a key part in driving our growth by conveying the value of the eArcu platform to prospective customers. You will partner with the sales team to lead all areas of pre-sales from research through to initiation. As we build out this function you will also expand pre-sales into our pioneering Recruitment Marketing SaaS products by Clinch. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Develop and deliver custom demonstrations, ability to capture and control an audience with your presentation and delivery skills.

  • Strategic consulting to understand the customer, identify their challenges and provide potential solutions, consulting with the sales team on sales strategy and presentation.

  • Establish and advance supporting content for the sales process, including solution overviews and client stories.

Your Experience 

  • Pre-Sales experience is highly advantageous; we'd be super excited if you're a sales pro with demo expertise within enterprise-grade SaaS software solutions - Recruitment or HR Tech experience is required

  • Demonstrated commercial experience, A track record of partnering with Sales in achieving/exceeding sales targets

  • You will be Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate across all levels in an organisation including C level 

  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
