Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will play a critical role in our business growth by generating quality leads and providing market intelligence to acquire new business.
We imagine you as someone who likes engaging with prospective clients regularly. You're looking for a phone based enterprise software sales role. Our ideal candidate has the following attributes:
Communicative Master - colleagues would describe you as an instant rapport builder, you ask great questions and listen intently
Tech Savvy - if you are reading a job ad in tech sales then you must have an affinity for technology! You pick it up fast and your CRM skills are exceptional
Research Whiz - you're probably the person in your team who shares interesting articles, market intelligence and relevant insights to help direct your sales efforts
Born Influencer - persuading people just floats your boat, you love selling a solution and seeing what outcome you can drive
A bit about the role
You'll utilise your sales experience to undertake outbound lead generation calls and delivery of effective sales research to uncover new sales qualified leads for our Business Development Managers to pick up and process;
Undertake outbound calling, email campaigns & qualifications of leads
Act as the primary support for the sales teams
Conduct deep market research and facilitate team-wide knowledge sharing
Get involved in anything else that enables the overall team success
