Here’s what we know for sure: companies work well when they’ve got the right people. That’s what inspired us to build a SaaS platform that makes recruiting, onboarding and retaining people simple. We quickly grew from entrepreneurial beginnings in Melbourne and are proud to now have established locations in Sydney, New York, London, Singapore, Manila and Dublin and a platform used by over 11 million users in over 190 countries. (But that’s enough about us.)

You feel most natural consulting and collaborating with stakeholders to provide an outstanding experience. The idea of learning a new software (SaaS) platform is appealing to you; perhaps you've implemented talent or HR-related software before or currently work on the customer side recruiting or using an applicant tracking system. Now is the time to join a growing, entrepreneurial tech company.
Your peers would say this about you:
Customer-centric - You exist to make your customers and stakeholders successful, whatever it takes.
Clear communicator - You can build rapport with various stakeholders through clear, concise and timely communication.
System savvy - The idea of solution design and enabling businesses to get the most out of a software solution excites you.
Collaborative - most of your closest work colleagues are as close as they are because you make an effort, you care about achieving goals together.
Adaptable - life would be boring if things were routine and predictable, you love a few curve balls and resolve problems quickly; that is just how you roll.
Proactive - You are an accountable individual who takes responsibility for positive outcomes; therefore, you take an extremely proactive approach to your work.
