What will you work on? 

A combination of leading our clients through implementation projects from managing to project to doing the implementation and also supporting the on-going support and needs of our clients.

Create Raving Fans out of our clients as you work on: 

  • Maintaining regular interactions with your designated accounts through calls and face to face meetings
  • Regularly performing needs analysis and account servicing (config, process review etc) to meet client needs 
  • Preparing and educating clients about system upgrades or improvements that coincide with our product marketing 
  • Proactively providing input into product upgrades and overall development 

Clients are the center of our universe, you play a key role in how effectively the can achieve their people goals by partnering with them to ensure efficient implementation of our SaaS Talent Management solution.

  • Project manage client implementation configuration and post implementation review
  • Train and provide ongoing support to partner organizations to enable them to successfully advise and implement PageUp projects
  • Provide support, training and consultative services to clients
