About you

As an experienced business leader within the enterprise product space, you are adept at navigating global organisational structure to drive product strategy, delivery and business growth.

Innovative - actively drive product innovation through purposeful experimentation, creativity and conceptualisation

Visionary - you can conceptualize and 'sell in' a compelling, commercially viable roadmap that meets varying (and at times conflicting!) global market demands

Influential - your sound experience and strong data analysis provides compelling business cases to gain not only executive buy in but cross functional buy-in

Collaborative - connecting dots and the right people is part of your DNA, how else do you ensure there is consistency across the product suite..?!

People Passion - imparting your deep product management expertise and strategic thinking to develop others is something you are very passionate about and have proven success doing

About the role

• Define and articulate the direction, positioning and requirements of new and existing products to ensure they meet market demand and client expectations to deliver on business growth objectives
• Ensure end-to-end execution considering all elements of the product lifecycle and sales funnel. This will include being accountable for the agreed product outcomes and the success of the (Senior) Product Managers in achieving their own agreed roadmap outcomes within the agreed timeframes and resources
• With input from all business units and regions - develop, maintain and communicate a two year product vision and roadmap for each of the strategically-aligned teams that prioritises platform health, supports long-term growth and is commercially aligned
• As a member of our "Senior Management Team" be comfortable contributing to broader business strategy and working with SMT peers in all aspects of the business
• Ensure that the broad business is aligned around mutually agreed outcomes for the development of the product that deliver to the business’s goals
• Structured in approach and delivery to ensure delivery to commitment yet nimble enough to pivot and change direction when required
• Commercially astute in being able to identify and prioritise initiatives that will resonate with new prospective users of the PageUp solution but will also improve and enhance the existing user experience
• Provide qualitative and quantitative market sensing activities to support product prioritisation decisions in all core current and future markets that PageUp play or will play in
• Develop and grow a product management capabilities and team that is able to support strategic outcomes
• Mentor and develop the product management team to grow their capability and careers - foster high engagement and high performance
