As the Global Paid Digital, Reporting & Operations Manager you will focus on a broad scope of critical activities and initiatives including SEO, paid search, website development, strategy, systems and marketing performance reporting. Some of your key areas of responsibility will be:
System Management: You’ll own management of marketing database and implement, maintain and optimize the marketing data, CRM and platforms.
Reporting: Build, maintain and optimise Global and Regional dashboards, analyse campaigns, channels and funnels flagging any inefficiencies or blockages and opportunities to optimise.
Strategy: Provide, implement and refine strategic direction for the Growth Team based on the reports and research.
Continuous optimisation: You’ll work to continue to optimise and provide value add for campaigns and lead management processes.
Relationship building: You’ll partner closely with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders including marketing ops, marketing regional managers, content, product marketing, and sales.
We see you as a Digital Marketing Manager with SaaS and B2B experience who is excited by the opportunity to work at a fast-paced, high-growth tech/HR company. You will have experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager, working knowledge of inbound marketing and ideally, expertise in SEO/SEM and experience and expertise in salesforce and marketing automation platforms. Additionally you will have experience producing and communicating marketing performance reports including leads, pipeline, bookings, and channel performance. Working knowledge of lead flow management, B2B sales processes and Bizible is a plus.
