The role

People are our company's greatest asset and we have an opportunity for a Campaign/Digital Marketer to join our Marketing Team to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and programs to drive leads and pipeline for sales. 

You will play a critical role in scaling and optimizing programs across SEO, paid search, email, webinars, social, and more and own bring campaigns to life and making sure we’re getting the most out of every program. You’ll partner closely with marketing ops, marketing regional managers, content, product marketing, and sales.

As we know there are many things that go into being an exceptional demand gen specialist, but here is a summary of some of the key things you will be accountable to delivering: 

  • Execute and optimize demand gen programs to drive pipeline and revenue across various channels including paid search, SEO, email, direct mail and more.

  • Support the campaign process from planning to execution to measuring and reporting on performance.

  • Build and run A/B tests and use the insights to make performance improvements across messaging, creative, channels, etc.

  • Partner with Sales, Content, Lifecycle, Marketing Operations and Product Marketing to assist in the development, messaging and launch of strategic outbound campaigns.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, personas, and competitors to craft compelling messaging and copy.

  • Manage and optimize our marketing activities calendar.

  • Manage the Paid and Organic social media strategy, execution and reporting, including: 

    • Building a social media strategy aligned to current go-to-market strategies

    • Managing the distribution of social content including consistent social media posts, press releases and thought leadership articles.

  • Manage the Paid advertising strategy, execution and reporting 

  • Own the development, creation, reporting and optimisation of email marketing content including nurture sequences and newsletters

  • Compile metrics related to the campaigns you manage and produce reports on how to optimise and improve campaign performance

  • Work with our graphic designer to create impactful assets for advertising campaigns (social tiles, webinar tiles, blogs etc)

 

About you

We see you as a SME who is excited by the opportunity to work at a fast-paced, high-growth SAAS company and build and scale our demand generation engine. You love seeing and measuring the impact of your work, and you’re comfortable writing engaging copy across multiple platforms. You have strong attention to detail and are extremely organized — due dates don’t slip past you and you get excited creating clear project briefs and timelines.

The role would suit someone with 

  • 2-5 years experience in Marketing and/or a B2B environment.

  • Ability to write compelling copy across a range of platforms including social media, email and blogs. 

  • Excited to build, learn, and develop your marketing skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills (experience with Asana is a plus).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.

  • Comfortable with marketing tools and software: Pardot, Salesforce, Wordpress, etc.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A passion for winning and competition — you want to work hard, have fun and drive results.
