Here’s what we know for sure: companies work well when they’ve got the right people. That’s what inspired us to build a SaaS platform that makes recruiting, on-boarding, developing and retaining people simple. From humble beginnings in Melbourne, we quickly grew and now we’re proud to have homes in Sydney, New York, London, Singapore, Manila and Dublin and a platform that is used by 2.6 million customer employee users in over 190 countries. (But that’s enough about us.)
Your profile
As an experienced sales professional within the software as a service, human capital / talent management space you are looking for an opportunity to make your mark in a growing, innovation driven organization and really see the visible impact of your work celebrated by a global team. You'll have an in-depth understanding of the competitor landscape, currently oversee a high dollar value portfolio and have well established relationships with key contacts in the Higher Education sector. You are an ambitious and driven individual with the ability to engage internally across business units no matter their geography.
The role
You will support our US team's growth target by formulating and executing on sales initiatives within the Higher Education vertical. Your experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space allows you to understand the market, the client needs and identify B2B sales opportunities in the enterprise segment. As a phenomenal listener and confident presenter, you are adept at engaging a wide range of audiences and are comfortable overseeing and negotiating client contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Be part of a collaborative cross functional team that will support driving growth in the Higher Education vertical.
Responsible for the end to end sales cycle.
Grow and execute on sources for qualified sales leads.
Maintain a high level of both market and PageUp knowledge.
Keep in regular contact with the target market through attending networking events, outbound calling initiatives and setting up regular meetings.
Lead new business relationships and ensure an effective handover to our Client Delivery Team upon successful conclusion of the sales process.
PageUp is rapidly growing in the United States where you can grow professionally and personally as well as bring your own touch to help shape our company. You'll be part of a collaborative agile team where each member has been seminal to our local success, you could be next. While we have an office in New York the majority of our team works remotely across different areas in the US and as such we could accommodate both working arrangements for this role.
Our Profile
We have grown consistently each year and currently number 200+ people across Australia, South East Asia, US, Europe and the UK. Our mission is to keep growing, delighting our clients with products they love and supporting our team to develop their careers.
We celebrate our successes together in a range of ways: each Friday afternoon we get together to share our wins; we have CEO Awards every month; we run regular Tune-Ups (PageUp hack-a-thons) and a host of other social events.
There’s something for everyone across our benefits – an extra day of leave to do something awesome (no really – it’s called Awesome Day), paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers, flexible working, a wellbeing allowance, employee assistance program and volunteer leave.
Our global presence also means those with a little wonderlust have the opportunity to take their career to new places. Pardon the pun.
Sound like your kind of role? Then we’d love to meet you!
At PageUp we know diverse teams make better decisions for everyone, so we encourage people of all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
Equal Opportunity at PageUp
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or genetic information.
