The Role

We are looking for a superstar content marketer on a permanent basis that is both creative and commercially astute to join our Growth team as a Brand & Communications Manager, with a bird's eye view of all our customer touchpoints who can create multi-channel content that speaks to each stage of the buyer journey.

About you

With a strong b2b marcomms background, preferably within a small technology business, your sweet spot is content creation and lead generation. Pulling together research and industry insights into content built for the right channels just thrills you! You love approaching marketing from a storytelling and strategy perspective, using market information to create impactful thought leadership that drives downloads, brand recognition, and engagement.

You have experience working with design teams to deliver accessible, engaging designs and branded assets, and you’re comfortable briefing writers to deliver high-value content. We imagine you as someone with abundant enthusiasm, who invests time in really understanding the target audience by proactively engaging key individuals across the business to tap into that rich knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop omni channel campaigns and leverage market intelligence,  product launch announcements, client comms, event communication, newsletters and webinar invites and follow ups

  • Create content for webinars, presentations, thought leadership pieces, blogs and social media

  • Research industry topics and write timely newsworth pieces for the PageUp blog and external pitching

  • Coach and provide guidance to our graphic design and social media team members, and support our Chief Growth Officer to distribute marketing materials globally

  • Identify target audience (by industry, region, title, etc.) and create content for each of these audiences, at each stage of the buying cycle

  • Track and measure the success of omni channel content across blogs, webinars, social media, emails and more.

  • Drive lead generation campaigns and work with our social media manager to optimise paid and organic campaigns.

  • Maintain PageUp content calendars.

  • Keep PageUp in the conversation and up-to-speed on industry topics. Spread the word on important company announcements & news

  • Draft, edit and distribute PR releases, announcements and thought leadership articles. Identify opportunities for pitching newsworthy pieces to external publications

Equal Opportunity at PageUp

We know that in many cases individuals from underrepresented groups will not apply for jobs when they don’t meet all criteria, we don’t want this to be the case in our team. If you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily tick every single bullet point on the job description, please still apply and give it a try. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be our newest member.
