Here’s what we know for sure: companies work well when they’ve got the right people. That inspired us to build a SaaS platform that simply makes recruiting, developing and retaining people simple. From humble beginnings in Melbourne, we quickly grew to be Australia’s leader in talent acquisition software. PageUp now has locations in Europe, the Philippines, Australia and the United States. (But that’s enough about us.)
Who are we looking for?
An Account Executive who’s as much a salesperson as they are a people person.
This role is all about working towards sales attainment by expanding specific elements of our solution within our existing customer base. It’s perfect for those who love getting to know their clients inside out – their needs today, where they’re headed, and of course, who makes the decisions.
You’ll use your expert knowledge to identify targeted sales opportunities within accounts, leveraging the relationships you’ve built with customers to make them happen.
Whilst previous experience working talent acquisition suite software is desirable, you also need a readiness to throw yourself in (of course, we can’t wait to teach you everything we know).
The support you need to do well
We don’t expect you to manage everything on your own. We’ve put plenty of things in place to make your life as an Account Executive easier.
Ongoing support and training – you ask, we answer.
Expert teams around you, all sharing the same client-centric philosophy. That includes Pre-sales Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Team, Security Team, Customer Success Cross-Functional Team and Product Managers.
The VP of National Accounts and SVP of Global Sales are close at hand, ready to give their support or guidance if you ever need it.
You’ll also be working with a highly configurable product – meaning you can offer more to the clients you engage with.
And of course, the perks
You’ll get a competitive base salary, uncapped commission and generous accelerators.
There’s something for everyone across our benefits – an extra day of leave to do something awesome (no really – it’s called Awesome Day), paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers, flexible working, a wellbeing allowance, an employee assistance program and volunteer leave.
Our global presence also means those with a little wanderlust have the opportunity to take their career to new places. Pardon the pun.
Sound like your kind of role?
Then we’d love to meet you!
At PageUp, we know diverse teams make better decisions for everyone, so we encourage people of all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
