What do you do at PUP?

Account Executive - Client Portfolio Management - looking after existing clients, ensuring our solutions are aligned to their business objectives and talent management needs, and expanding the scope of these partnerships.

Has your role changed since you first started at PUP? If so, how has it changed?

Because PageUp is continuously expanding its capability and services, there is incremental improvement and change all the time. We’re also bringing on new customers all the time which means new partnerships, new challenges and new opportunities.

What advice do you have for future PUP Stars?

Be a sponge and learn as much as possible about our business operations, our customers, our people, our product, our strategic direction. PageUp is fast-paced, there’s a lot going on, and there are many brilliant people doing great things, so connect with as many people as possible.

Because when our customers are successful, we are successful!

What has been your favorite moment at PUP?

During COVID isolation, everyone is encouraged to share something special and take a break.  We’re seeing an amazing range of topics - candle making, drawing stick figures, making your own essential oils, yoga, car detailing, and it’s fun to learn something new and totally unexpected!

What is your favorite benefit at PUP and why?

I like the flexibility of working from home - it makes it easier to strike a good work/life balance and fit everything in -family/school/sport/study etc.
